Our cancellation policy

Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a $50 cancellation fee for Ortho and Hygiene appointments, $75 for treatment appointments, and $100 for sedation appointments.  This fee will apply to any no-shows and late cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us. It is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is applied to your account. We thank you for respecting our time. It is very unlikely that a last-minute or same-day cancellation will be filled, which is why we must have these policies in place. We appreciate your support and understanding.
