Our cancellation policy

Bartlett Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics now enforces a cancellation policy on all services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. This is a $25 cancellation fee for Orthodontic and Hygiene (cleanings) appointments, $50 for Treatment (fillings, crowns, extractions, etc) appointments, and $75 for Sedation appointments. This fee will apply to any missed appointments and late cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time. Note that you may be categorised as a missed appointment if you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us. It is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is applied to your account. We appreciate your respect for our time.
